Please note that all sales are final. At The Mehram, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checking out.
Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Bags Only
We only offer replacements in the rare event that your item is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective due to a manufacturing fault
If you receive a damaged or defective bag, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@themehram.com and provide the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the bag and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same item. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
As a policy, we do not accept returns on:
- Bags purchased at sale or discounted prices
- Items in good condition with no manufacturing fault
- Items returned without prior approval
Shipping for Replacements
If your replacement is approved, we will ship it at no additional cost to you.
Unauthorized returns or shipments sent back without prior communication will not be accepted or refunded. We do not cover shipping costs for any such returns.
